MOTORCYCLE USE & SAFETY

Backseat Bones™ is a novelty motorcycle accessory/display product. Customers are responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate for their motorcycle and intended use.

The product must be properly positioned and securely mounted before motorcycle operation. It must not interfere with the rider, controls, wheels, exhaust, lights, suspension, visibility, or other safety-critical components.

Always inspect the product and mounting points before riding.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable traffic, vehicle, equipment, and road-safety laws in their location.

Dead Shift is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, insecure mounting, modification, misuse, failure to inspect the product, or use inconsistent with supplied instructions.

ORDERS & PRICING

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, availability, or other errors appearing on our website. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud or material pricing errors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
