SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

After processing, estimated delivery is generally 6–12 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

During periods of unusually high demand, new product launches, holidays, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control, processing or transit may take longer.

Tracking

Once tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take additional time to begin displaying movement after a label is created.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once fulfillment has begun.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting us. We will help review available tracking information and determine appropriate next steps.
